Viva is a clean, welcoming and wonderful salon. I have visited many nail salons over the years and none have compared to this nail salon. Joanne and Yan are quick, friendly and absolutely great at their job. I will never go to another nail salon for a pedicure, refill or eyebrow wax. I love how nice everyone is that works there. They also don’t act like they’re annoyed if you ask them to fix a nail because you either don’t like it or messed it up on the dryer. They’re also very quick. Sometimes I wish my pedicures were as quick as they are. Otherwise, Sang is my guy. He’s very personable and also does a great job and makes sure I’m happy before I leave. First off Jackie & Joanne are my favorites. They are welcoming and polite & patient with me . Being a male in a entire female grooming environment they make me comfortable & do an amazing job on my feet spa pedicure and/or manicure .I’ve been going to viva for over 6 yrs now & if they continue with these awesome associates & Service why would I want to go anywhere else . There is a hair stylist, her name is Flora. I am 70+ yrs old and have tried many many salons in my area to find someone who follows my direction and cuts my hair the way I request. She only works Thurs. thru Sunday, but she is terrific. There is also a nail salon and spa. Great place, reasonable prices. Read Less

Wish I could give no stars but I’m forced to give one. I’ve been to this place 2 other times before and every time Ive come I’ve had a bad experience. I want to like this place so bad bc they are so close to my house and whenever I come in there is never a long wait but after today I will never in my life come back. She messed up my nails redid them because I told her they were sloppy and my nails are still a mess! Smh then had they nerve to get mad a me because I told her I didn’t like my nails bc they were sloppy like I should be mad wasted a whole day sitting in here and wasted money bc now I have to go somewhere to get them done right. Like how are y’all going to be rude and do nails bad??? Yeah, Issa no for me! And I’m confused how they have good reviews I guess they have their picks on who they do a good job for idk but I would save your time and money and just go elsewhere. Chrissy nails are amazing but they are always crowded that’s why I try to come here when I don’t have time to wait but lesson learned I’ll just wait next time . I must admit. I usually go to another salon. Today my normal salon made me so mad. I called ahead of time and asked about how long of a wait..they told me no wait..I go immediately at 3:15.. I sit and wait 45 minutes, then another girl comes up and says no one can help you until 5 30. I was so mad I sat there for Nothing! So I went to viva which is close by for the first time. I absolutely loved it and will never go back to my old place again! They have so many nail techs that there was no wait! Ty! Read Less

This is definitely the BEST nail salon I have been to hands down!!! The people that work here are very friendly and professional I was in and out under an hour (mani. And pedi) SAM did a phenomenal job and gave me a awesome foot massage. It's very beautiful inside and extremely clean and big I have finally found a nail salon I can go to all the time. I have been going to Viva on and off for at least 10 years. Today I took my daughter and myself in to get full sets.Needless to say I am not happy at all with the way my ombre nails turned out. I ended up going to another nail salon to have them repainted. Worst $55 dollars I spent in my life. Jack has always done my nails and every time they have turned out awesome. Not sure what happen today. Maybe it was because it was close to closing and they where in a rush to get out. Either way I definitely would not recommend getting any kind of ombre nails done at this location.Very unhappy customer. Read Less

Bad experience. Just don't go there. Charged me twice for a broken nail, which they didn't fix in the first place. Very unfriendly. And nobody even apologize for me wasting my time. Been coming here for close to 2 years. Good normal and gel color selection. I normally never wait, even on weekends, but max waited no more then 10 minutes for service. I waited until my 2nd visit to rate this place. My first trip was great, short wait for my acrylic refill. Very nice staff, great prices, and the nails held on perfectly. Today I went for another refill and a pedicure. I explained to Lee that the last person who did a pedicure for me scrubbed my feet so hard with the scraper (the one that reminds you of a cheese grater). She assured me that she would be gentle and I had no need to worry. My feet turned out amazing (especially... since it had been like 5 months since my last pedicure). Kim did my nails, fixed the booboo I made by bumping my nail on the gel light, and made a very polite recommendation for me to get my eyebrows done (they were a little wild). So today, after a long week I finally get around to getting to the nail salon. I've had some things going on at home the past few weeks I was long over due. I have been a customer at Viva for 6 years. As I walk in I tell them what service I needed (manicure/pedicure) the girl rushes me right back to the pedicure chair and tells me I can pick my color back there from the colors on the nail rings. I tell her I can't find my color and I say to her I always get the same one, I kn...ow right where it's at. It's called "let me bayou a drink" OPI. Now she looks annoyed that I said that and says well we're closing soon. (Now I realize why I am being rushed- which I didn't know they were closing at 5) I tell her forget about the color just put clear on. Then she says we're going to do both services at once. Ok I understand that, you want to get home it's Sunday who doesn't. Everything that was done was rushed, my nails and toes look terrible. My feet were wet from lotion that wasn't wiped off my feet slid out of my sandals and wrecked my polish, polish all over my brand new WHITE sandals. I go back in and tell them what happened, now I'm livid! Why would you agree to take me knowing you were closing in 15 minutes, provide a half assed service and push me out the door. Needless to say.... I will never give them another penny of my money. 6 years of being a top notch customer and this is how it ends. I would have rather you say you couldn't do the service since you were closing instead of being a cheapo and trying to make a quick 33$ in 15 minutes with a dissatisfied customer that will never frequent your business again. Great salon. I've been going here since they opened and I'm always disappointed if I go anywhere else. I had a pedicure yesterday and my toes are looking great. Never even noticed the shape so much before but the girl that did them was terrific. My only complaint is that the massage part of the pedicure isn't as long as it used to be. I like to relax for a bit. Honestly though, I feel like most other salons are the same way. A pedicure isn't what it used to be 10 years ago. The massage while you're drying is always excellent too! I came in for a men's haircut today and got a cut by a man named Jackie. He was too busy talking to his buddy, he happened to cut the side of my ear and it hasn't stopped bleeding for 3 hours. I've had to hold a napkin over it because it was going through the bandage. I called in to let the owner know of Jackie's negligence but she denied the accusation. I would NOT recommend getting your nails done here. I asked for a Full Set with an "American" polish. The woman (Amy) who did my nails did a really horrible job....I don't think she new what she was doing, My nails look like I glued them on myself and the polish, which cost me $5 extra was done sloppy - my nails looked like there is no polish on them...the owner commented to the tech that a second coat was needed - the tech rolled her eyes, threw on a second coat of the pink polish, then walked me to the dryer. Maybe I just got a terrible, inexperienced nail tech...but, first impressions are lasting...there won't be a second time! Read Less

When I first started going here it was great! Now it is the worst one I have been to and they rip you off!!!! The last times that I have been there it got worse every time!! It started when I went to get a refill one day and the guy that works there did my nails he was very rough jerking my arm and fingers around and maybe an hour later 2 of my nails broke!!!!!!!!!!! They always talk in there language and you can tel they are talking about people cause they all look at the person and laugh!!!! They don't ask how u are not very friendly. The last time I was there I had a hair apt at 1 I got there at 12 and asked if there was enough time to get my nails refilled I do have the gel nails so I was expecting 45 mins maybe and hr at the most it took her till 1:45 to do my nails and they looked really bad when she was done!!! She told me it would $42 and asked if i wanted to pay now or when i was done my hair so i said when i was done and still tipped her 10 bucks. When i was done and ready to pay she said o i mess up it 47 now and could not tell me why i had no broken nails and the gel nails were new. I called every other nail place around and a refill is 30 bucks I can't believe they charge u almost 50 bucks for a crappy job. I will never go here again. THE SALON IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF GREET YOU WITH A SMILE EVRYTIME. THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL OUT OF PLACE OR AS IF THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU WHILE YOU'RE IN THE CHAIR.
